It’s back! One of our in-house favorites is returning this season with a new twist! This time, the Ethiopian Sun-Dried coffee from Gedeb in Yirgacheffe has been through a meticulous fermentation process in an oxygen-free environment. Also known as an Anerobic process, these coffee beans develop an extraordinary flavor profile of rich, fruity, and sometimes wine-like notes that set this brew apart from the rest!
