Our hopped cold-brew kit includes 12oz course-ground Ethiopian coffee, 1oz centennial hops, and a submersible brewing bag. To make a concentrate, simply pour hops and coffee into the brewing bag and submerge in 1/2 gallon of cold water for 13 hours. When serving, dilute to taste with cold water or carbonated water for a unique twist!
Kit makes up to 1 gallon and lasts 2 week in refrigerator.
